Conditions for your booking

Room prices are per person and day (double or min. occupancy) incl. gourmet breakfast and the Bachmanngut inclusive services - excludes local taxes.
local taxes of € 2.90 are to be paid per guest aged 15 + and per night in the hotel

Children's prices are prices for children staying in their parents’ room (where there are 2 adults paying full price).

Package prices are per package, per person (double-min. occupancy )

The following minimum stays apply:

• off season 3 nights
• July & August : 6 nights
• On request: 2 nights

Surcharge for short stays of up to 2 nights: € 30.00 per person per day

Surcharge for single occupancy per night in a Comfort room on demand. This is only possible on request.
All other categories are available to book for single occupancy, but only at the double room rate.

Check-in from 16:00
Check-out by 10:30

Please let us know if you will be arriving after 18:00.

Tennis courses can be booked in advance when you are reserving your room – no course times are available on site. Courses take place in the tennis hall.

• Outdoor games on our clay courts are available free of charge for our guests. (Booking is available on site every day)
• Hall sessions can be booked for the respective day for a fee as per availability .
  Please only use shoes which are clean and have a tennis profile sole in the hall

Reservation of the tennis courts is available on the respective day.

Tennis in the Bachmanngut

Access to the Wellness & Spa area which has indoor & outdoor pools along with a sauna area is included in the room price. A wellness basket with fluffy bathing robe, Wellness slippers and sauna towels are provided in your room for the duration of your stay.

Entry to the sauna area is only available to adults and teenagers aged 14 +.

Treatments and Massages can be added for a surcharge. Please reserve in good time before you are due arrive via e-mail.
Further details about your treatment time will be provided when you arrive.

Please settle your room bill between 8:00 and 10:30 on the day you are due to depart. Hand in room cards when at check out (cost per card is € 5.00 - this will be charged in the event of loss).

Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival day cancellation is free of charge.

Within this period the following cancellation fees apply:

• From 29 days to 7 days before your arrival date: 30% of the package price
• From 6 days before you are due to arrive: 100 % of the package price
• In the event of no-show or early departure : 100 % of the package price

Note: These cancellation guidelines replace right of rescission as per consumer rights guidelines which encompass the European Union.

When you are booking your room please let us know if you are bringing your dog. Price is EUR 28.00 per day, not including feed.
We apologise but dogs are not permitted in the dining hall.

Free WLAN is available throughout the hotel

Plenty of parking is available at the hotel for our guests. A parking space is included in the price of your room.

A bike storage area is available for your bikes – the access code is provided when you check-in.

An E-bike charging station is provided for our guests. ( no charge)

We also offer an electric filling station for cars ( fee based service)
